Conclusion of Introduction To Entrepreneurship



In this modern world people can no longer expect to work under large enterprises to guarantee jobs for life. Individuals are increasingly expected to seek out their own opportunities by actively create value and behave ethically rather than faithfully follow rules and routines set by others. In particular people need to learn on how to be enterprising, both when working for others and setting up their own businesses. Being enterprising involves in taking responsibility for decision making, becoming creative towards idea and sees them through into action.
In Malaysia, many students started to be an entrepreneur due to the better income and to support their studies. Some of the entrepreneurs even leave their career such as lawyer, architect, engineer and even doctor. Being an entrepreneur gives more opportunity towards other to have a job especially fresh graduate that almost 200 000 jobless nowadays. Our Ex-Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Bin Mohamad encouraged people to be an entrepreneur to help our economic state. Until now a lot of supports is received by entrepreneur from the government to start up their own business.
